Manager, Digital Marketing (Hybrid)

The Manager, Digital Marketing, is responsible for the strategic development and execution of the Belk Partner Marketing program. This role is responsible for partnering with internal merchants and marketing partners as well as outside vendors. • Plan and forecast weekly spend for business unit and finance. Experience Qualifications • 4-6 years of experience in building out and continuously optimizing a Digital Marketing program and budget for a large scale retailer Required • 1-3 years of leadership experience Required • 1-3 years Adobe Analytics Preferred • Strong analytical skills and finance acumen.
