Manager, Digital Marketing - Paid Media Products

The Manager, Digital Marketing - Paid Media Products selects, contracts with, and manages external marketing vendors, suppliers, and other external marketing resources to support the development and delivery of paid media marketing projects, and ensures compliance with standards for quality, timeliness, and service. Select, contract with, and manage relationships with external marketing vendors, suppliers, and other external marketing resources to support non-search paid media marketing projects, campaigns, and other strategies, and manage the day-to-day operation and delivery of contracted paid media products and services to ensure compliance with Greystar standards for product quality, timeliness, and customer service. Partner with and support marketing and cross-functional teams engaged in projects that enhance search marketing, paid media marketing, and other marketing service programs to deliver best-in-class products to key stakeholders. 5-7+ years experience in a marketing leadership position, with a focus on developing and implementing non-search paid media marketing strategies and campaigns. Excellent leadership and people-management skills, with solid experience in acquiring and developing talent, building and managing teams comprised of diverse team members, and promoting a productive and energized work climate that encourages team member growth, engagement, and retention.
