Summary of Responsibilities: Plan, organize, design, and manage all aspects of digital marketing for the Credit Union, including: truwest.org, digital advertising, online target marketing, management of digital marketing budget, digital analytics, and oversees the Credit Union’s electronic third-party platforms (Wordpress, Digital Insight, MX, overseeing Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ad hoc digital platforms as needed, etc.). Create and implement techniques and materials that will project favorably the Credit Union’s image and goals. This position is also responsible for providing spontaneous service excellence to members, employees and business associates; demonstrating the values shown on TruWest Credit Union’s Vision, Mission, and Value statement. Experience: 5+ years’ experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and web analytics programs (i.e - Google Analytics). • Prepare and lead project meetings on website/online banking changes and implementations • Track/monitor and report website traffic/usage/trends, digital advertising results, and email marketing platform results • Support leadership and department stakeholders in providing digital marketing data to recommend, develop and attain the Credit Union’s strategic goals and objectives through Digital Banking • Works with IT team to develop, update and problem solve digital channels (Web, Mobile, ATM, Signage, etc) • Manage third-party vendors Secondary Duties & Responsibilities: • Develop relationships with vendors and agencies to ensure quality of work and reliability of delivery within scheduled timeframes • Follow credit union policies for compliance with all laws and regulations, specifically, but not limited to, the Bank Secrecy Act, Security Policies and Confidentiality Policies • Work closely with leaders throughout the organization on the development of all applicable digital marketing projects • Perform other related responsibilities as assigned Click here to apply: https://recruiting.ultipro.com/TRU1007TRUCU/JobBoard/58da52aa-9091-4983-ada4-41be022f7be8/OpportunityDetail?opportunityId=7beca574-ba8f-4ee5-86b1-208500c6bbab
