Position Summary...Join Sam’s Club Marketing as a Manager of Paid Search & Marketing Technology, where you’ll play a key role in scaling one of our most impactful performance channels while enabling innovation across our broader media ecosystem. Enable Marketing Technology & Partner Innovation • Partner with Product and Engineering to translate media partner capabilities into actionable requirements and delivered solutions • Collaborate with key partners (Google, Microsoft, Meta, Pinterest) to advance joint initiatives and unlock new growth opportunities • Identify and scale optimization signals across paid search, paid social, and affiliate channels to improve performance outcomes What You’ll Bring • Experience in paid search or performance marketing, including campaign execution, optimization, and operational workflows • Proven ability to partner with agencies and major media platforms (e.g., Google, Microsoft, Meta, Pinterest) • Experience translating technical needs into clear requirements and driving delivery through cross-functional teams, with a foundation in marketing or media (rather than product management) • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to align teams around shared goals and timelines • High ownership mindset with strong attention to detail and ability to drive work forward in a fast-paced environment • Clear and effective communication skills You will also receive PTO and/or PPTO that can be used for vacation, sick leave, holidays, or other purposes.
