Manager, Events MarketingLocation: Catawba, North Carolina, United States or Shakopee, MN (in-office required)Job Title: Event Marketing ManagerComm Scope, an Amphenol company, is seeking an experienced Event Marketing Manager to own the planning, execution, and delivery of all events—beginning to end—for the North America Broadband business unit.What You’ll DoOwn all Comm Scope events end-to-end, including internal events, external customer events, and industry trade showsManage event planning from concept and budgeting through execution and post-event wrap-upServe as the primary owner of event inventory, ensuring assets are tracked, maintained, shipped, stored, and refreshed as neededWork closely with the exhibit house to ensure all event inventory is current, organized, properly maintained, and event-readyManage the exhibit house relationship, including coordination, production, logistics, and on-site supportLead vendor selection and management across venues, exhibit partners, and event service providersCollaborate closely with marketing, sales, product management, and leadership to ensure events align with business objectivesRepresent Comm Scope on-site as the face of the marketing team, ensuring a consistent, professional brand presenceTravel to all assigned events to oversee execution in real timeWhat You Bring5+ years of proven event management experience across internal events, external events, and trade showsStrong communication and stakeholder management skillsHighly organized with exceptional project management capabilities and attention to detailCollaborative team player who enjoys working and problem-solving in personComfortable managing multiple events, vendors, and timelines simultaneouslyWillingness and ability to travel as required for all eventsWhy Comm ScopeEvents at Comm Scope are a critical extension of our brand and customer engagement strategy.
