Manager, Facebook Brand Marketing Responsibilities: • Shape Facebook’s brand and marketing strategies, identifying opportunities to drive brand growth outside of traditional marketing campaigns • Set the strategic vision and lead execution of Facebook’s ‘evergreen’ marketing initiatives • Drive close collaboration with and across internal and external teams/agencies to develop and execute cross-channel marketing initiatives that excite consumers and drive business results • Drive close partnership and alignment with Facebook Product Marketing to ensure that our marketing programs drive product excitement and engagement • Build alliances with internal and external stakeholders to gain strategic buy-in of the marketing strategy and roadmap and drive flawless, unified execution across teams • Model community-oriented behaviors and build an organization that values, respects, and taps into different backgrounds and perspectives Preferred Qualifications: • Experience leading consumer marketing for large-scale tech brands • Experience working and thriving in an ambiguous, agile environment • Tech sector experience • Experience leading a brand turnaround, including setting the strategy and driving multi-channel consumer marketing programs that drive brand sentiment and use/engagement Meta builds technologies that help people connect, find communities, and grow businesses.
