The Role The Global Ads Marketing Operations Manager drives operational excellence and team cohesion by leading cross-functional ways of working, global budget management, and organizational goal-setting initiatives such as OKRs and QBRs. The Ideal Candidate has... • 6+ years in Business Operations, Strategic Program Management, or Marketing Strategy/Operations roles (B2B experience preferred) • Proven experience leading cross-functional planning and operational initiatives at a global scale • Expertise in designing onboarding processes, internal communications, and project planning frameworks • Strong background in budget management and headcount/resource planning • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to tailor messaging for diverse audiences • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; comfortable operating in ambiguity and fast-paced environments • Familiarity with tools such as Airtable, Google Sheets, and AI platforms • High tolerance for change and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset • Enthusiasm for fostering a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture You choose each year how much of your compensation you want in salary versus stock options.
