Position Purpose The Atlanta Dream is seeking a growth marketing expert, reporting to the Director, Business Intelligence and Digital Strategy, in our next phase of fan acquisition and revenue growth. ● Manage and monitor digital paid media budget, inclusive of tracking invoices, working with finance to manage payment and forecasting on a monthly basis. ● 5+ years of experience in a direct-to-consumer organization or agency in media buying, performance marketing and/or a growth role. ● Minimum 3 years of experience with lifecycle marketing across channels such as email, SMS and web.
