Measure and report company performance in assigned compliance areas, identify themes and opportunities for improvement based on the data, and create actionable recommendations consistent with TruStage’s strategy for responding to identified compliance risks. Ability to understand how compliance processes mitigate legal, compliance and business risks and apply that understanding to the daily work of individuals and teams. Ability to work in a team environment as a team leader, coach, and subject matter expert.
