Manager In Training

Training will require you to work with Store Managers in their assigned district, assisting them in their daily assignments to optimize store performance through excellent customer service, well maintained facilities, controlling inventory, ensuring proper cash handling, and efficiently utilizing store labor. • To exceed customer service expectations on a daily basis. • To ensure the completion of all required computer-based training and other on the job training at the facility. • Investigate and resolve customer complaints/warranties to company expectations. • Manage the flow of customer traffic to optimize service times.
