Manager, Lifecycle Marketing – Campaigns & Experiences

POSITION OVERVIEW: Sky Zone is seeking a Lifecycle Marketing Manager — Campaigns & Experiences to own and scale our CRM campaign calendar across email and SMS. This role will be responsible for strategizing, planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns that drive awareness, traffic, repeat visits, bookings, and membership growth, while operating with a holistic view of the customer lifecycle. This role requires a strategic, data-driven marketer who exercises independent judgment and discretion in leading campaign planning, build and execution, testing, and performance analysis across key business initiatives, and who is accountable for the outcomes of those decisions as an owner of the lifecycle marketing function. - 5+ years of experience in lifecycle marketing, CRM, or retention marketing with a proven track record of email/SMS success. - Preferred: experience in multi-unit retail, entertainment, hospitality, or franchise environments - Preferred: familiarity with email/SMS compliance requirements (e.g., CAN-SPAM, TCPA) - Strong project management skills with the ability to execute multiple campaigns simultaneously.
