Manager, Marketing

Oregon Lottery is looking for one (1) Manager, Marketing to join the Go-To-Market Operations team in a remote position. You will report to the Senior Manager, Go-To-Market Operations and develop and execute operational plans, organize work to meet business strategies, and evaluate functional results. You will oversee brand identity, paid media, digital platforms, retail marketing, and external agency partnerships to drive player engagement and support game launches across all product lines. You Will: Manage and evolve the Lottery’s brand identity, ensure consistency across all channels, support messaging development, and maintain alignment with organizational goals.
