• Create and deliver accurate marketing budgets and periodic reports to internal and external stakeholders that demonstrate project performance, benchmark comparisons, and opportunities for improvement. • Collaborate and partner with the Executive Vice President, Residential on overall creative direction and digital marketing strategies. Experience in one or more of the following preferred: social media content development, communications, lifestyle advertising, and multifamily marketing. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required: • Exemplary organizational and interpersonal skills. • Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills coupled with the ability to be collaborative.
