📍 Monterey, CA | Full-Time Big Sur Land Trust (BSLT) is seeking a strategic and creative Manager, Marketing & Communications to help shape how we share our mission, elevate our brand, and inspire deeper community engagement and philanthropy. ✨ What You’ll DoLead and evolve BSLT’s brand, voice, and visual identityDevelop and execute integrated, multi-channel campaigns (including our 50th Anniversary initiative)Create compelling, audience-centered content across digital, print, and in-person channelsAlign marketing strategies with fundraising goals to drive engagement and revenuePartner cross-functionally to amplify program impact and storytellingManage external partners, agencies, and creative collaboratorsTrack performance metrics and continuously optimize campaigns🌱 What We’re Looking For5–8 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand strategyStrong communication management, storytelling, and campaign leadership skillsExperience developing brand strategy and executing engagement or fundraising campaignsAbility to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teamsFamiliarity with digital marketing tools, analytics, and audience segmentationPassion for mission-driven work (nonprofit experience a plus) 💼 Compensation & BenefitsSalary range: $83,000–$93,000 annuallyComprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement contributions, and generous paid time off 🌎 About Big Sur Land TrustBSLT is a nonprofit dedicated to conserving Monterey County’s unique landscapes and expanding access to meaningful outdoor experiences for all.
