About the position The manager will work within the department budget and messaging calendar, leveraging available digital, social, web and media assets to increase awareness, build brand reputation and drive revenue streams, including ticket, program and Membership sales. A major part of this role will be connecting disparate systems and data sources together to help the marketing team and broader organization understand the effectiveness of marketing tactics across channels and audiences. Additionally, this member will contribute to the many ways the Freedom Center engages audiences across print and digital media, which includes website maintenance and content, social media planning and publication, earned media and paid advertising. Requirements • 2-4 years’ experience in marketing, communications or PR • Degree from accredited college or university; degrees in Marketing, Communications, and adjacent multimedia or digital studies preferred • Excellent storyteller with a focus on pinpointing and delivering key messages • Experience managing digital ads • Experience working with email marketing systems and content management systems • Experience in Google Analytics Suite and sharing data and action items across teams • Excellent written and oral communications skills • Effective collaborator with a commitment to institutional success by working across departments to achieve goals • High sense of urgency and adept at working in fast-paced, deadline-driven environment • Personal commitment to accountability, taking pride in your work • Strong commitment to diversity, equity and inclusion
