As a critical role in the growth of our pro, commercial and design services business units, the Marketing Manager, Pro, Commercial and Design Services will develop and implement B2B and retail marketing programs that communicate brand value, increase awareness and familiarity and drive revenue growth with our pro, commercial and design services customers. You will champion the company’s marketing efforts focused on the commercial customer, both large and small, and serve as a subject matter expert regarding the unique wants and needs of the pro and commercial business. · Excellent analytical skills including experience formulating marketing solutions from sales, customer, and marketing data as well as key performance metrics · Serve as the primary point of contact for the pro, commercial and design services teams across the business, representing the capabilities of the entire marketing department · Lead inclusive partnerships with key stakeholders within the department (including media, email/1:1, content, creative, brand management, design services, CRM, field, operations, budgeting, and leadership), working with the appropriate subject matter experts to create plans and launch marketing activations to achieve business goals
