The Manager, Marketing Special Projects is a hands-on role that supports the marketing team in executing key initiatives and high-priority projects. Responsibilities: • Work closely with the marketing leadership team to support priority initiatives and projects • Assist with planning, tracking, and execution of marketing projects, ensuring timelines, deliverables, and documentation are maintained • Coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and vendors to keep initiatives on track • Support the execution of marketing events, activations, and other experiential programs, including on-site participation when needed • Prepare project updates, summaries, and presentations for leadership and stakeholders • Support the marketing team with general initiatives and leadership-driven projects • Other duties as assigned Qualifications/Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience • 5+ years of experience supporting complex projects in marketing, operations, or a related function • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment while meeting tight deadlines • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail and follow-through Social Impact & Belonging are in our organizational DNA.
