Manager of Business Growth

This is a high-growth remote role that requires a sales visionary to build a future fully-functioning sales department. --Meet monthly/quarterly sales quotas --Create/hone our outreach for future clients and coordinate its implementation across sales channels for new business and retention/upselling for existing clients --Develop sales growth strategies with the executive team --Develop and drive sales growth metrics --Work within the CRM to monitor and organize sales leads --Prospect and close relationships with key target clients/vendors/retain current clients using relationship-based selling techniques --Monitor the revenue pipeline and leads, adjusting as necessary to create sustainable growth --Establish both short-term results and long-term strategy, including revenue forecasting --Monitor the strategies and processes across the revenue cycle from customer acquisition to engagement to success --Strong organizational skills to follow-up with leads requiring a longer sales cycle --Work with customer success manager to manage renewals and upsells --Develop and implement/hone robust sales management processes – pipeline, account planning, and proposals --Ability to prospect new business, along with outreach to inbound leads --Participate in customer hand-off meetings when necessary --Attend weekly sales meeting Management experience is a plus, as is the ability to work individually as well as in a collaborative team framework. A successful background of meeting monthly and quarterly sales goals is required. As this is a remote position, functioning technology such as a laptop/desktop, mobile phone and or iPad/tablet are needed to support the required sales duties.
