This position will work with our Corporate Staffing Partners and field leaders to understand the needs of the business to develop and implement programs to effectively recruit, hire, and retain safe, professional, qualified driver candidates. \\- Work closely with the Corporate Staffing department to optimize all recruiting and hiring processes including advertising, application, and background check. \\- Work with Penske corporate partners to develop the Penske driver brand to ensure we have the best themes and messages to acquire top talent. \\- 5-7 years of large organization recruiting experience in the transportation industry with at least 3 years of experience in enterprise or corporate initiative program management and influencing change in process or behaviors. **Physical Requirements:** -The physical and mental demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an associate to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
