The Marketing manager will lead a team that collaborates with Partnership leadership to understand the unique opportunities within each market and deliver on sales and retention goals. Leads the development and execution of Partnership’s D‑SNP marketing and sales strategy to deliver on new member enrollment and member retention targets. Establishes broker oversight, including training the marketing and sales team to ensure product expertise and compliance with sales regulations. Initiates and executes on opportunities for sales presentations, community events, and other resident activities within assigned communities to support individual and team enrollment goals. Three - Five (3–5) years of related experience that would provide the knowledge and abilities listed above, including: Medicare Advantage marketing and sales within an HMO;
