The Manager of Performance Marketing role at Erie Home is a pivotal position that leads the paid media acquisition efforts for the company. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating, managing, and maintaining a winning performance-driven marketing strategy that aligns with the company's objectives. In this role, the manager will oversee paid customer acquisition channels, which encompass both digital channels such as paid social, display, and affiliates, as well as offline channels including TV, direct mail, and print. Additionally, the role involves building and leading a performance marketing team to support Erie Home's customer acquisition objectives, co-managing the marketing tech stack, and maintaining relationships with key marketing agencies and partners. and offline channels (TV, direct mail, print, radio/podcast); manage monthly budget and drive ROAS & audience quality , • Expand marketing mix to drive both awareness and conversion , • Establish an omnichannel ROAS mindset with the team, regularly tracking KPIs and continually improving performance , • Partner with Creative to run an always-on creative testing agenda across all channels and get data-driven insights on messaging and visual design , • Build and lead performance marketing team to support Erie's customer acquisition objectives , • Co-manage the marketing tech stack for the business, and partner with BI and IT , • Maintain and optimize relationships with key marketing agencies & partners
