**Manager of Support Services** **General Position Summary:** Working in a culturally responsive, trauma-informed and strength-based manner, the Manager of Transition Age Youth (TAY) Support Services is responsible for the coordination of support services for TAY Aftercare and Full Service Partnership (FSP) programs as well as management of Resource Center and Stepping Stones employment readiness, support and placement program. Coordinates, develops, and facilitates group workshops that focus on employment, self-care, and independent living skills to assist TAY in achieving independence and life goals. Develops and maintains a systematic method of regularly notifying staff and consumers of community job programs and other private sector employment openings and application procedures. Collaborates with other community and Youth Homes programs to develop employment training programs appropriate for Youth Homes TAY Program consumers. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
