Manager, Paid Media & Performance Marketing

This role owns the club’s paid media efforts across channels including paid search, paid social, display, CTV, OLV, and streaming audio in support of Ticketing, Retail, Special Events, and other revenue-impacting departments. The position blends strategic leadership with hands-on execution and includes managing an external paid media agency while also directly executing campaigns in platforms such as Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. Measurement, Reporting & Optimization • Monitor and analyze campaign performance across all paid media channels. • 3–5 years of experience in digital marketing with a strong focus on paid media and performance marketing. • Strong understanding of paid media channels including paid search, paid social, and display advertising.
