As a Search Manager, you will be responsible for owning the day-to-day execution of all elements of paid search activity. As a Retail Search Manager, you'll play a pivotal role as the direct manager of the junior team members on your account, guiding their growth and fostering an environment where the team functions with maximum efficiency and minimal errors. This role demands someone with a proven track record of team management and an ability to drive revenue and brand awareness for retail clients through paid search. Qualifications • 3-4 years of hands-on-keyboard experience in managing Paid Search campaigns (shopping experience preferred) across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads • Experience with Google Merchant Center, including proficiency in product feed optimization and troubleshooting • Advanced proficiency in campaign/bid management tools such as Search Ads 360, Skai, Google Analytics or Adobe • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights • In-depth understanding of ecommerce platforms and feed management tools • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively mentor and coach team members • Ability to define strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring and audience signals • Monitor and evaluate search results and search performance and provide cross channel recommendations to maximize revenue and investment for clients This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting.
