Manager Paid Social Media

Campaign Development/Execution: • Paid social optimizations (proactive and reactive) • Act as the liaison with our agency partners – Facebook, Snapchat, Pinterest, LinkedIn, YouTube, Tik-Tok, and others • Forecasting and opportunity/gap analysis • Campaign management tools, including bid rules/management • Advanced search engine or social knowledge • Monitoring new search or social trends and products and evaluating application to client • Research tools/competitive analysis • Budget/pacing and billing • Management of third-party social platforms • *__**Leadership: · Ability to problem solve, such as finding solutions for issues not yet attempted · Help educate client team on latest trends, best practices, technologies, etc. Requirements • Bachelor’s Degree in Advertising, Marketing, Business or related field • 5+ years’ experience in Paid Social Media Marketin • Experience in negotiating and constructing Social Media plans, with understanding of planning, buying and activation • Experience buying ads social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Tik Tok, Google +, Instagram, Snapchat, Pinterest, etc.) • Experience with social media management & social listening tools • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Keynote • Exceptional verbal and written communication, multi-tasking, networking, time management, and interpersonal skills • Urgency and a strong attention to detail, specifically with regards to written communication
