Manager - Performance Marketing, Ad Operations

What are we building? You'll be responsible for the technical backbone of our advertising operations, ensuring accurate measurement, seamless user experiences through deep linking, and robust technical integrations across all major advertising platforms, including CRM platforms. Key Responsibilities Mobile Attribution & Deep Linking Configure and manage AppsFlyer mobile measurement and attribution platformSet up and maintain OneLink campaigns for unified attribution and deep linkingImplement and troubleshoot deep link strategies across mobile applicationsMonitor attribution data quality and resolve discrepancies across measurement partnersTechnical Operations Manage ad trafficking, creative trafficking, and campaign tracking setup across multiple platformsImplement tracking pixels, conversion tracking, and audience creationCoordinate with development teams on SDK implementations and technical integrationsTroubleshoot technical issues related to campaign delivery and measurementPrivacy & Compliance Ensure all advertising activities comply with privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA, iOS 14.5+ changes)Implement privacy-compliant tracking solutions and measurement methodologiesStay current with evolving privacy landscape and platform policy changesDocument privacy practices and maintain compliance protocolsWhat are we looking for? 3-5 years of hands-on experience in ad tech, ad operations, or digital marketing technologyProven experience working in regulated industries with strong understanding of privacy in advertisingExpert-level proficiency with AppsFlyer mobile attribution platformDemonstrated experience with OneLink setup, management, and optimizationStrong understanding of deep linking strategies and mobile app attributionPlatform Expertise Hands-on experience managing ad tech on Meta, TikTok, Snap, Reddit, X, TTD (The Trade Desk), Amazon, and Google, et.alWorking knowledge of various platform specific pixels and integration with google tag manager (GTM)CRM tools like Braze and OptimoveTechnical Skills Understanding of mobile SDKs, API integrations, and tracking implementationsKnowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and basic coding for ad trackingExperience with data analysis tools and attribution modelingFamiliarity with customer data platforms (CDPs) and demand side platforms (DSPs), and server side platforms (SSPs)Privacy & Compliance Knowledge Deep understanding of GDPR, CCPA, and other privacy regulationsExperience with iOS 14.5+ privacy changes and SKAdNetworkKnowledge of consent management platforms and privacy-compliant measurementUnderstanding of first-party data strategies and cookieless solutionsPreferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Math, Business, Computer Science, or related fieldExperience with additional DSPs beyond The Trade Desk, DV360, Amazon DSP, etc.Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI)Knowledge of server-to-server (S2S) tracking and measurement solutionsExperience with Segment CPD preferredExperience in real money gaming, financial services, healthcare, or other heavily regulated industriesWhat’s in it for you?
