Manager, Performance Media and Advertising

Hertz Estero, Florida

The Manager of Performance Media & Advertising within the global Paid Media team will involve close collaboration with cross-functional Hertz teams and external partners. The starting salary for this role is expected to be around $100k, and will be commensurate with relevant work experience. What You’ll Do: • Expert-level knowledge of SEM (Search Engine Marketing), PPC (Pay Per Click) and Display Programmatic paid conversion channel media advertising with a proven track record of successful results • Build integrated media campaigns linked to performance channels aligned to business priorities and goals • Contribute as part of NA media and advertising marketing team, sharing insights, best practices and being involved in understanding the relevant digital marketing developments, and trends in our other regions as well for new opportunities • Develop clear, insightful performance reports outputs from our omni-channel strategy across our brands and regularly communicate findings and optimization recommendations and opportunities to Leadership, collaborators and team members • Lead strategy end-to-end process execution, and implementation of entire initiatives with an eye toward continuous improvement with external agencies and platform partners, ensuring strong performance and innovation. • Must be data driven and have experience analyzing media performance data full funnel KPIs across channels and media buying and industry and platform best practices to drive strong ROI • Experience in working with and analyzing Brand lift, Search Lift, Conversion Lift and Reach & Frequency reports is plus • Utilizes and proficient with Analytics GA4, Google Looker Studio and Tableau, Power BI a plus • Strategic individual with a hands-on approach to execution, highly analytical, comfortable with campaign reporting and attribution models linked to performance with a proven track record of working under tight deadlines while keeping others on-schedule • Strong project management, organizational, and communication skills, with excellent attention to detail and proactive with account recommendations and sharing industry insights • Ability to influence and demonstrate initiative • Capability of balancing urgent priorities with strategic long-term objectives • Highly proficient in MS Office, especially Excel • Flexible and adaptable; ability to work effectively in ambiguous situations • Ability to keep a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision and leverage critical thinking and decision-making skills with accountability The endless variety of perspectives, experiences, skills and talents that our employees invest in their work every day represent a significant part of our culture – and our success and reputation as a company.
