As a key member of the IMC team, this role works cross functionally as a strategic business partner of local marketing needs- leading the creation of regional and market-level advertising execution. Responsible for support of: • Regional and market-level consumer strategies • Adaptation of national consumer strategies at the market level needs • Local store marketing programs • Local media leadership • Partnership on digital and technology testing Own and partner with Local Media arm of agencies and cross functional teams to help direct bespoke market-level plans • Adapt National Consumer Strategies by Region/Market – evolve national strategies and create distinctive local messaging and opportunities, as a part of total Integrated Marketing Communications plans, partnering with Creative and Media teams. • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to set goals, determine priorities, plan, organize and follow through on assigned responsibilities • Excellent project management skills • Ability to make recommendations and decisions in a timely manner • Ability to work independently and as a member of a team. • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
