Teikametrics is looking for a Manager of Retail Media Services (DSP) to join our incredibly fast-growing global enterprise managed services team. As a part of the team, this role will oversee management of display advertising campaigns on platforms including, but not limited to, Amazon DSP, Walmart Connect, and The Trade Desk, as well as helping customers use the Teikametrics Flywheel suite of products. • Understand customer needs to plan, organize, and manage all display advertising including, but not limited to, Amazon DSP, Walmart DSP, and The Trade Desk • Leverage tools such as Amazon Marketing Cloud (AMC) to analyze campaign performance and craft strategic recommendations to drive campaign performance • Collaborate with internal teams including eCommerce Media Analysts and other managers to run full-funnel media campaigns and ensure display advertising strategies align to paid search campaigns • Be the liaison between Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect and other external partners and our clients • Be an expert on the Flywheel platform and act as a vital resource for helping with training, questions, and troubleshooting customer issues • Be a subject matter expertise in e-commerce advertising for our customers, guiding them on how to drive growth for our customers • Perform deep data analysis to answer the client’s strategic questions, and drive action • Move the needle with respect to the client’s KPIs and continuously showcase the value of Teikametrics throughout the engagement period • Take ownership of customer service requests through coordinating with the product support and engineering teams to ensure requests are addressed quickly and with a high level of satisfaction • Advise our Sales team on upselling & cross-selling opportunities that will help our customers succeed • Develop tools, processes, and reporting solutions for inefficiencies in daily campaign management execution. • Experience on other advertising platforms such as Amazon Sponsored Ads, Walmart DSP, and The Trade Desk is a plus • 5-7 years of experience as a client-analyst for a retail-oriented software or services company.
