Position Summary: The Social Media Manager is responsible for managing the organization's social media presence and leading its social media community engagement strategy. • Oversee and contribute to social media content development, collaborating with a range of content contributors. • Monitor social media daily to identify and address sensitive issues, or opportunities. • Ability to take initiative in identifying and responding to issues/needs as they arise.
