Job Description Summary The Sporting Kansas City Manager, Youth Sports Marketing is responsible for building and managing short and long-term marketing strategies for Sporting Kansas City’s Youth Sports department. This position is to be a key contributor to the Sporting enterprise in ensuring all work is consistent with the Sporting KC brand purpose: “We create memories through personalized experiences with our Club.” • Management of owned channels – email, social, web • Develop multi-channel marketing campaigns • Manage youth sports marketing budgets • Lead cross-functional teams to ensure all tactics are optimized and performing. • Develop and manage the marketing calendar for youth sports programs and events.
