Managers for Self Storage Facility

The Property Manager is primarily responsible for the rental of units by advertising vacancies, obtaining referrals from current tenants, maximizing revenue, explaining the advantages of location and services, processing rents, making collection calls as well as operating the property. The Property Manager is also responsible for initiating solutions to the unique issues and challenges of his/her property, directing the work performance of site personnel, service providers, and contractors in a manner requiring minimum supervision. Prior apartment leasing or direct sales experience (i.e. cars, houses, cell service, advertising, etc.) is desired. You will be required to pass a drug/background check as well.
