Boss Frog’s is seeking an experienced and highly-motivated person for a full time combined manager/sales agent position managing and working our shop on Ali'i Drive selling retail, renting everything you can think of for the beach, and booking island activities. The shop is open from 7:45am to 6:00pm every day of the year. A sales agent position pays $18/hour plus commissions and bonuses total approximately $25 to $30 per hour. Management experience, manage shop inventory and supplies in coordination with business office Employee management in coordination with business office Strong ability to sell and book activities, services and goods, and fit customers with gear Ability to operate in a fast paced retail environment, multi-task and balance priorities Strong, professional verbal, guest relations, and etiquette skills, at work, via e-mail, and by phone High school Diploma or equivalent Computer proficiency with the ability to learn.
