Job Description • You will lead our digital advertising team, providing strategic direction and operational leadership. • Manage and mentor strategists, analysts, and junior team members through regular 1:1s, coaching sessions, and bi-annual performance reviews. • Create individual development plans and actively work to advance each team member's capabilities and career.
