Youll report directly to the Director of Digital Advertising and manage a team of approximately 6 direct reports./ppYou know digital advertising inside and out from strategic framework to platform-level execution. )/liliProvide hands-on technical guidance when team members encounter complex campaign challenges/liliShare platform insights with the broader team through training sessions and knowledge-sharing forums/li/ulpstrongOnboarding Talent Development/strong/pulliLead comprehensive onboarding for new team members and clients, ensuring smooth integration with Wheelhouse methodology/liliManage initial screening and interviewing for new hires, conducting first-round interviews and presenting qualified candidates to the Director/liliCreate onboarding materials and processes that set new team members up for success/li/ulpstrongWhat You Bring to the Team/strong/ppstrongRequired/strong/pulli8+ years managing digital advertising campaigns for diverse clients in the healthcare or MedTech industries/lili5+ years directly managing and developing teams with a proven track record of elevating capabilities/liliDeep technical expertise across Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and programmatic platforms/liliStrong experience with campaign strategy, budget management, performance optimization, and reporting/liliExperience working in digital agency environments managing multiple priorities and stakeholders/liliStrong operational mindset with experience in process improvement and workflow optimization/liliExcellent communication skills translating strategic vision into actionable tactics (and visa versa)/liliProficiency in analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics) and advanced Excel/Google Sheets/liliExperience conducting performance reviews and providing developmental feedback/li/ulpstrongPreferred/strong/pulliGoogle Ads, Meta Blueprint, and other platform certifications/liliExperience with Amazon Ads, TikTok, programmatic audio/podcast, or OTT/CTV/liliBackground building or scaling teams in high-growth environments/li/ulpCompensation Range/pp$140,000 - $166,000 USD/ppstrongBeyond Experience: About You/strong/ppYour love of digital marketing runs deep.
