Compensation: Salary expectation: $30-$52K/year which includes gratuity Starting pay is based on experience, and all team members are paid a guaranteed hourly wage whether performing services, training or helping the team. Pay increases are given during Annual Performance Reviews and are possible through a Broadband system which is based on monthly Performance Goals.
