Our company is in search of a dynamic radio broadcasting executive who can take a multi-station radio group in a small mid-west market to the next level. In addition to budget creation, program development, marketing, and compliance oversight, the successful candidate will recruit, hire, train, supervise and create a high-performing team whose focus is on our clients, our listeners, and our revenue goals. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of 5 years managing a sales team, experience in radio or media sales and promotions, experience managing and implementing multiple budgets, and proficiency in all Microsoft products.
