Key Personal Attributes Include: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related Minimum of 5-7 years of job-related experience preferred Creativity, vision, and big ideas are a must Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong attention to detail and highly organized High proficiency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook, and Adobe programs including InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Dreamweaver Specific Responsibilities and Key Deliverables Include: Works with the creative team to develop creative concepts for print and online marketing initiatives including newspaper, magazine, video production, collateral design, and presentations Manages the design & development of the Web Site, digital and social media strategy Develops creative programs and design concepts that meet the business objectives of the organization and advance brand strategy Manages creative projects with Marketing Team, checks for quality, brand consistency, alignment with company values, and consumer trends.
