Export Now is looking for a strong, analytically-minded professional to provide category and client-specific insights to our business development, digital marketing, and account management teams related to mainland China. Duties for this position include: conducting market and other research related to the China market, specific categories, and/or brands in support of business development opportunities; helping to assess the performance of existing accounts and determine position in the marketplace by analyzing traffic, sales, advertising and marketing return on investment; preparing reports and graphs for co-workers on findings; researching and analyzing consumer data to identify potential markets and develop online marketing plans for specific clients; analyzing customer and competitor sales, pricing, merchandising data, and method of marketing and distribution. The position requires domestic travel about 1-2 times a year for 2-3 days at a time, to attend internal team meetings and to present research at client meetings. Candidates for this position must have a bachelor’s degree in business analytics, market research, or a related field. The candidate must also be proficient in English and Mandarin.
