Marketer

Plan, develop, organize, implement, evaluate, and direct the facility’s public relations and marketing programs and activities in order to maintain and increase our census and to provide the community with information relative to our facility, its programs, services, and practices. Ensure that all employees follow established policies and procedures governing the release of information. Schedule and participate in departmental meetings concerning our marketing and public relations programs and activities. Assist department directors in the planning, conducting, and scheduling of in service training classes, on the job training and orientation programs concerning the facility’s marketing and public relations programs and activities Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment throughout the facility.
