This role blends relationship-based sales, community outreach, and strategic marketing to help increase brand awareness and generate new client referrals. - Community Outreach & Sales • Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners and community organizations • Identify and develop new referral sources throughout the community • Represent Aspire in the community through events, networking, and outreach efforts • Manage communication with partners through in-person meetings, phone calls, and email • Generate and manage new referral leads and contribute to revenue growth • Assist with sales and business development initiatives as needed Qualifications • 2–3+ years of experience in outside sales, marketing, or business development • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills • Ability to communicate confidently in professional settings • Self-driven, organized, and able to work independently without micromanagement • Healthcare industry experience strongly preferred but not required • Experience in community outreach, networking, or event coordination is a plus • Familiarity with digital marketing tools, CRM systems, or analytics platforms is helpful but not required Location: • Salem, OR 97305 (Required)
