Position: Marketer / Content Creator Are you someone who understands how to grow a brand, generate leads, build campaigns, and turn attention into business?G & G Realty and The Gruosso Group are looking for a driven, creative Marketing & Media Coordinator to help lead our digital marketing, content strategy, and brand growth.This role is primarily focused on marketing, but content creation is a major part of the job. You should be comfortable managing campaigns, improving systems, analyzing performance, and also picking up a camera to create content that gets attention.What you will doPlan and execute digital marketing campaignsManage social media accounts and content calendarsRun lead-generation and recruiting campaignsAssist with Meta advertising and campaign optimizationBuild landing pages, funnels, CRM workflows, and automationsTrack campaign performance and identify opportunities for growthDevelop marketing strategies for listings, agents, recruiting, and company brandingCreate Reels, Tik Toks, You Tube videos, and branded contentPhotograph and film real estate listingsCapture drone photography and videographyEdit short-form content designed to generate attention and engagementWork directly with agents and company leadershipYou may be a great fit ifUnderstand digital marketing, lead generation, and brand growthKnow how to turn content into leads and business opportunitiesHave experience with social media, paid advertising, CRM systems, or marketing automationAre comfortable filming, editing, designing, and creating contentUnderstand what makes people stop scrolling and take actionAre creative, organized, analytical, and comfortable taking initiativeWant a hands-on role where you can help build systems and campaigns from the ground upAre excited about real estate, marketing, technology, and business growthHave reliable transportation and can travel to local listingsExperience with Meta Ads Manager, CRM platforms, marketing automation, landing-page builders, Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, Canva, photography, videography, and drones is a major plus.We are not looking for someone to simply post on social media.
