The ideal candidate is a strong communicator who understands the sensitivity of addiction treatment, the realities of Medicaid and HMO populations, and the importance of ethical, compliant referral practices. Educate referral sources on levels of care, admission criteria, insurance coverage (Medicaid and HMO), and the clinical philosophy of the program. Ensure all outreach and marketing activities comply with state regulations, Medicaid/HMO requirements, anti-kickback laws, and ethical standards. Skills Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage professionals across healthcare, criminal justice, social services, and faith-based sectors. Experience working with hospitals, criminal justice systems, or community-based organizations preferred.
