Positive attitude, attention to detail, ability to multitask and an intermediate skills in Word and Excel are required. • Call back leads and provide information to prospective students over the phone • Give tours of the school • Assist in enrolling students and building student files • Coordinate class schedules and appointments for instructors • Collecting tuition payments and preparing student records for graduation. • Exceptional at selling in person and over the phone • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel • Organized and detail oriented • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment • Pay is based on experience and will be discussed during the interview. Schedule: • 8 hour shift
