Theo is a fast-growing performance media agency headquartered in Portland, Oregon. • Help manage client satisfaction with account leads and agency partners. • Help account lead prepare for internal team huddles to ensure timelines and deliverables are being met. • Review all client deliverables and assist with media trafficking, planning and proofing • Work with Analyst and Digital Media teams to keep track of high-level performance insights and ensure the client is made aware of the goal and budget pacing highlights/issues Skills, Knowledge and Expertise • 4-year bachelor’s degree in a marketing-related discipline • Internship or job experience in marketing is a plus • Ability to understand the dynamics of a client’s business and the sector in which it operates.
