On any given day, you’ll find yourself in the office managing accounts, in the field prospecting, or cultivating connections with clients who advertise across our networks.WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO SPECTRUM REACHRequired QualificationsProven track record of exceeding revenue expectations1+ years outside or B2B sales experienceAbility to use data in the development and sale of a media strategyAdept at presenting complex solutions in a simple, easy to understand mannerUnderstanding of the media landscape and evolving dynamics of advertising within itStrong presentation skills with the ability to speak with C-level clients; confident in negotiatingLocal and regional travel; valid driver’s license and safe driving recordPreferred QualificationsAccustomed to building processes to hold yourself accountable to goals; own your dayFamiliarity of the Adtech ecosystem including ad network, ad exchange, SEM platform, DSP, SSP, and other online advertising technologyIdeally have progressive sales experience in Digital advertising (preferably CTV), insertion order media and/or managed services to marketing decision-makers with brands and/or independent ad agenciesKnowledge of SalesforceAbility to succeed in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment while maintaining high levels of client relationships and business excellenceKnowledge of media research & planning tools (ie Strata, ComScore, Nielsen, GA4, etc.
