IMPORTANT NOTE: This is a full-time (30-40 hrs/week), on-site position, located in downtown Long Beach, CA. Salary range: $45K to $55K/year Who You Are A highly motivated individual who exhibits strong communication skills, business maturity, and the ability to drive campaigns while maintaining strong client relationships strategically. You Must Have • At least 3 (three) years of experience in client management, media management, and/or advertising/marketing • Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities • Experience working and thriving in a team environment with shared goals and business objectives • Demonstrated experience in effectively optimizing marketing campaigns by analyzing performance and recommending adjustments to key performance drivers • Expertise in Google Workspace, and Microsoft Office + knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite and/or similar software programs is a major plus • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities • A customer and brand-centric approach to all decision-making
