Being a start-up you will have to wear different hats managing our accounts and being the direct assistant to our CEO. This position is ideal for an experienced marketing account manager based in Los Angeles and looking to join a fun young-ish marketing team. Duties: • Manage the implementation of marketing plans for client projects • Monitor ad campaign, analytics and online advertising strategies • Coordinate, monitor, and see the successful launch of projects • Communicate with clients, resolve issues and assure continuing progress on projects • Provide regular updates and reports to the management and assigned clients • Help manage leads and quotes systems • You are good at relationship building, as you will be interfacing heavily with agency staff, Board members, management, and other internal and external stakeholders. • Brief the CEO for events and meetings, compiling background information for daily scheduling demands. Knowledge of Photoshop and Illustrator preferred • Be independent • Experience with PR is a plus, experience with TikTok is a plus • Being a harmonica player is huge plus but completely irrelevant to the job.
