The Marketing Account Manager provides essential assistance to the client by supporting client communications, addressing client issues, and identifying potential upselling opportunities. • Conduct routine client check-ins and outreach to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries. • Working closely with Channel Marketing department with client engagement sequence • Respond promptly and professionally to client questions, escalating complex issues to the appropriate Account Development Manager or Sales Manager. • Handles administrative and operational tasks to enable team efficiency.
