Collaborate with the Project Manager to ensure all tasks are accurately assigned and tracked in the project management system.Regularly update the team on task and project status, proactively identifying any risks or delays.Participate in weekly internal meetings with Account Directors and Project Managers to discuss planning and progress.Campaign and Content Execution 13 years minimum experience in a B2B marketing agency setting (MUST HAVE)Strong understanding of marketing strategy, creative development, and digital channels (social media, email, web).Proven ability to manage multiple projects, timelines, and shifting priorities.Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.Comfortable engaging with all levels of client stakeholders, including senior executives.Familiarity with project management platforms and digital marketing tools.High attention to detail and a passion for producing top-quality work.Eagerness to grow within a high-paced, startup-like agency environment.
